Alma del Mar is pure heaven
Alma del Mar is pure heaven. The house is so well laid out for couples or a family visiting the area. The pool and yard have everything you can imagine. The home is so well stocked with everything you would need to cook, even all your spices and a fabulous grill to throw your local fish onto every evening. The house is very new and so well cared for by the amazing team from Beach Management, Lily, Aliseo, and Noelia. They were thorough, caring and we would trust them with anything, babysitting included! They were there at the drop of a hat for anything we needed. The owner was so easy to get in touch with as well and there for us when a family medical emergency changed our trip plans a bit. You can feel completely safe at Alma del Mar, it is a gated property, with a great alarm system and even in the month we were there you get to meet your neighbors and really feel at home in Playa Peleda. You can sit and drink your morning coffee after a swim and watch all the families of howler monkeys in the trees above you, pop down to Il Pepperoni for a smoothie if you prefer, and go for a jog through the neighborhood to the money paths and then pop down to the beach. The scenery around Alma del Mar is fabulous. The beaches in Peleda are not very crowded and just absolutely stunning. We feel like we found Nirvana and can't wait to come back to this amazing house and area.

Amazing home in a great, walkable location to Playa Pelada, multiple restaurants, and a market - excellent spot in Nosara. Comfortable bedrooms, beautiful pool, spacious living area, games for kids, well-stocked kitchen, AC and fans in all rooms. Management company met us at check in, provided local recommendations, and were extremely responsive. Worth noting that this house is in a jungle area so expect some geckos and ants; all showers are outdoors, but completely fenced in and private; and there is daily construction at neighboring houses (which is happening around much of Nosara). Would definitely stay again!
