Girls (and Sean) vaca!

Casa Almendra is perfect for groups. Our group had eight people (one couple) and we all fit nicely. The location is great - it is in the K section right around the corner from Bodhi Tree Surf Club and a less than 5 min walk to the Baker's Beach entrance - super easy with surfboards. The rooms are all nice and each king bedroom has a lovely bathroom. The pool and open doors are nothing short of amazing. The kitchen had everything we needed. Rick and Grace were available at any time we needed something! I would absolutely stay there again!

Amazing Almendra

Not our first visit to Nosara, but definitely our best! 2 families including 5 kids fit super comfortably in the home. Outstanding property with everything we needed. Perfect size pool for everyone to lounge and play around. Steps to the beach. Lily, our Beach Management contact, was super fantastic with everything for our trip. An amazing experience all around.

Great Experience

3 couples stayed at Casa Almendra. The location was perfect, easy walk to Baker's Beach and we were happy with our golf cart rental for most outings. Can't say enough about the wonderful job Lily and Beach Management did for us from the start of our trip planning through our entire stay. Loved the fishing trip, snorkeling, visit from Chef Heidy and restaurant reservations. Anything we needed or had questions about, Lily took care of quickly and efficiently. The house has a great layout, but is somewhat dated, thus the 4 stars (wish 4.5 was an option!). The kitchen and some other areas could use some TLC, but we weren't in Costa Rica to cook!

What’s in a title?

We’ve stayed here a couple of tines now love it! It’s a great location, short walk to beach, food and the Bodi Tree, and short bike rides to everything else. We love the courtyard design with the pool as the focal point. We will be coming back!

Felt so safe and comfortable

We loved Casa Almendra! We felt so safe and comfortable. It has everything we needed including good wifi and a great kitchen and a huge table for our group (we only had 5 people but the table could have accommodated more). And of course Lily. Lily made everything so great. She was responsive and helpful. Thank you Lily! Cheers.

Lux Close to Beach!

Almendra was the perfect place to stay for our large family vacation. It is close to the beach, has a close proximity to town, but feels tucked away so you have a sense of quiet privacy. I loved how the house encouraged outdoor living with the living spaces surrounding the pool courtyard. The team at beach management is always quick to respond to any questions we may have. Our family looks forward to our next Beach Management vacation!

Great vacation

We had two families with a total of seven people for the week at Alamendra. The location of the house is very close to the beach, town, but being in a quiet area of Playa Guiones. Lily, Freddy and all of the Beach Management staff were extremely responsive to any questions or small issues that came up with the house. The house perfectly suited our needs with an open concept living area, large bedrooms, central pool and all the amenities you needed. Beach Management arranged several tours for us including an ATV tour, white water rafting and a jungle hike. All of the guides showed up as scheduled. I would highly recommend renting either the house, or any of the other properties with Beach Management.

Epic Vacation Home

We have been to Costa Rica twice before and stayed at the Bodhi Resort and a VRBO but nothing compared to this amazing home. Location to the beach, home layout and architecture was awesome, pool was great and fit everyone, the rooms were clean and the King suites were spacious. The glass sliding doors were a great touch. Lots of amenities. Mariana, the property's chef was always cheerful and made wonderful meals. I could simply have not been happier. It was luxury in a wonderful place. Staff and entire process was seamless.

Family Fun Trip

This home is in an amazing location just a few minutes to the beach. And very close to bodhi tree yoga resort. Very clean and well thought out floor plan-easy for multiple families with or without kids. Loved the pool. Had spacious and multiple outdoor sitting areas.

Comfort and lux beside the beach

We truly appreciated the comfortable furniture, outdoors and indoors. The layout provides privacy and individual space to relax and feel the outdoors 24/7. Marianna, the cook, was the best and sweetest person. She understood (from her nursing career) the importance that true gluten free food that was necessary for one guest, another was vegetarian and another dairy free. We’ve rented from Beach Management for several years now and they are also the absolute best. Friendly, supportive and very responsive to any request. Actually, this year we had booked a different house and the reviews mentioned construction noise next door, so they just swapped us over to Almendra two weeks before holiday time. We sooo appreciated that. Thank you!
