We just got back from six nights at Casa Daria. Rick is the manager of this and couldn’t have been more kind, responsive and accurate with the description. We had him stock the amazing kitchen before we got there and it made such a difference. We didn’t have to worry about anything at all and could just get straight to the beach. As for the location, there are few better than Casa Daria of you want a quick walk to the beach and to be close to all of the restaurants, bars and shopping Nosara has to offer. The house is right behind Posada Margherita (the best Italian food in Playa Guiones) which the owner of the house also owns and runs. We couldn’t have loved being there more!!! Oh, and if you want to take surf lessons, Corky Carroll’s Surf shop is right across the street. We did a bunch of lessons with Kervin and the guy is a master at all levels and super chill. Great trip. Great stay. Great people. Highly recommend!!!

Casa Daria is a gem of a rental just steps from the beach, making it ideal to catch a morning surf break or the evening sunset (my 2 favorite Nosara activities). Its thoughtfully laid out with a great pool and kitchen, good AC, and lots o' hot water. Alessandro could not have been more pleasant and he generously plied us with delicious gelato! Even thought its right in the middle of town, which is growing rapidly with lots of new construction, we still had Howlers sharing our morning coffee poolside. Guests in the upper unit share the courtyard entrance/exit which did cut down on the get-away-from-it-all vibe I prefer in Nosara, a bit.

We had such an amazing time at the villa with our family. Plenty of room. Rick was incredible. The concierge team is A+++ The location is absolutely perfect.

La maison est derrière la très jolie pizzeria du propriétaire. Le lieu est très beau et singulier, décoré avec goût et entouré de belles plantes. On se sent vraiment dans la nature. À 2 minutes à pied de la plage, c’est idéal pour les amateurs de surf et de nature. On a passé un excellent moment et je vous le recommande chaudement.
