Fantastic Stay

FLOW was perfect. Clean, safe, private and close to everything. Ready to go back tomorrow.

Just there for 3 days but had a great stay! great location - close to everything but off the main street.

Villa "O" was everything and more than what we were looking for...close to the beach and close to the restaurants and all things to do in Nosara. The pool out back was welcomed after a surf session or just to cool off...very relaxing villa...we would definitely stay there gain.

If you’re looking for an apartment to call home for a while, this is as good as it gets in Nosara. Yes, it’s a great location, nice staff, clean, comfortable, etc. But those things are kind of a given right? I’d say the laundry and the pool make FLOW stand out from other places. You will be sweaty and sandy in Nosara. It is awesome to have your own washer and dryer in the unit. If Nosara is your only stop, it means you could pack lighter, and stay fresh the whole time (not always easy to do on the road). It was so convenient and I loved it. Finally, the small pool area is amazing. It’s shared with the upstairs unit, but I never saw anyone else at the pool, and I got in it every morning and afternoon. Of course they may have used it at different times, and you could get unlucky with overusing neighbors. But the pool feels like it belongs to the lower unit, so book a lower unit if the pool is important to you. It will be easier to access. But you will have a bit more light and a tree view from an upper unit, so to each their own. I’ll also give a shout out to Rick, the owner. The WiFi was out when I first arrived. Rick owns a lot of properties, and could easily have let someone else handle it. But he knows it’s a big deal to travelers, so he was there two days in a row, meeting with the technicians. He helped them get what they needed, track down equipment etc., until they got it up to speed. I think seeing that kind of dedication probably motivates everyone at the property to do a better job. Anyway, I’ll be back. Thanks to everyone at FLOW for a great stay!

Good for family of 3

We’ve stayed at the bungalow twice so far and plan to stay every time we come to Nosara. It’s the perfect size, clean, modern, well-thought out, and very convenient. I love that I can see monkeys in the big tree outside of the bathroom window. The pool and outdoor shower and great, and it’s in a quiet location.

It is always great to stay at FLOW ! It is clean and they always accommodate every need! Beach Management is top notch thanks to Rick Wilkins and his team! We always feel super safe and have stayed multiple times at FLOW.

Third time here

Once again I had a great stay at Flow. The property is very conveniently located in North Guiones. You can also walk to South Guiones in about 10 minutes. The condo is super comfortable and has everything you need. The staff make check in and out very easy and they are easy to work with. I will definitely be staying again.
