Nice place to stay!

Nice place to stay and great location in Playa Guiones. There are excellent restaurants in town, we especially liked El Locale. The apartment was clean and the grounds were well taken care of. Questions were answered quickly and issues were resolved.

This unit is located in a terrific spot. It's conveniently situated with central access to the beach, a mini-super, delicious restaurants and more. The clean, modern space offers quiet luxury. The unit looks just like the photos. It has a lovely balcony for enjoying coffee or listening to the sounds of the jungle. The bathroom features a rain shower with good water pressure. The washer/dryer is a nice plus. Some conveniences that we appreciated included supplied water, the soft comforter on the bed, the coffee maker and the basket of beach towels/blanket. Luz, the local contact, was very welcoming. She helped arrange a local adventure for us that we fully enjoyed and appreciated. The FLOW Villas location gave us the option to quickly return to the space as needed to grab an extra towel, take a midday break or take a refreshing dip in the pool. We would stay here again.

Our stay was lovely... a long way from when we came to Nosara 13 years ago! Stable power, reliable internet modern ammenities.... i would have liked a dinette set, more stools and a few more items in the kitchen (cooking utensils etc) . Pool is smaller than you think, but good for dunking . Maybe a few more chairs or table around the pool as well. Management was responsice and very helpful. Great location and secure space. Would stay again, but maybe in the larger house on property

A wonderful place to stay. The pool was smaller than expected but luckily no one was staying in the bottom apartment so we had it to ourselves which was lovely. Thank you for a great stay!

First time in Nosara!!

We loved our stay at Flow Villa W! Perfect location 3 minutes walk to The best beach in Nosara which allowed us to visit the beach for morning and or evening swims, and to take in those famous sunsets…. WOW! Super safe and totally private with views of lush greenery. Super refreshing plunge pool that we used dozens of times to cool off from that heat! Fully equipped one bedroom with balcony that checked all the boxes for an easy and comfortable 17 days. We could walk just minutes in any direction to eat, drink, explore and take in fitness activities! And a special shout-out to the Beach Management staff and it’s owner Rick Wilkins who were first class all the way! Thanks a bunch.. Craig and Susan

2nd Stay at Casa Flow Apt W!

This was my 2nd stay at Casa Flow (Apartment W) and I had another wonderful experience! The apartment was in a great location (very close to the beach and directly in between North and South Guiones, making it easy to go back and forth). I also worked remotely this time and the Wifi was strong enough for Zoom video calls throughout the day. Rick and the team were so kind and were always quick and responsive with any questions I had. As a solo traveler, I also felt completely safe at the apartment between the security guard each night, the safe in the bedroom and the unit's alarm system. Thank you to the Casa Flow team for making this another trip to Nosara that I'll never forget! I will be back again soon :) Pura vida!

Clean & Comfortable Condo with 5-Star "Concierge"

My wife and I spent 10 lovely days at FLOW's Villa W (upper 1-bedroom condo). I recommend highly this clean, sunny and comfortable condo, and we hope to return in the future. The FLOW complex includes four separate units in a well-located gated complex. We did not require a rental car (walked, hired taxis, A.T.V.) to enjoy the beach life of Nosara, given the easy walking distance from FLOW to Playa Guiones (7 minutes by foot) or Playa Pelada (15 minutes by foot). The 'splash pool' share with the lower unit below the condo was an ideal way to cool down. We were treated to 5-star concierge service from the team at Beach Management (extra thanks to "Grace") which allowed us to plan activities spontaneously and dynamically. Book it if you can!

modern, natural light, clean and comfortable

A close to the beach as one gets in Playa Guiones, this 1BR apartment was exactly what we expected. The AC worked perfectly throughout, the kitchen had everything we needed, including drinking water. All rooms receive plenty of natural light All staff we interacted with were pleasant and helpful. The gated parking isolated us from the street which was surprisingly more comforting than I would have thought. Flow Villas is off the busy main roads, so there is much less traffic noise and dust. We'll be back.
