We had an incredible stay at JAZ’a in Nosara—it truly felt like a home away from home. The house is beautifully designed, incredibly comfortable, and perfectly positioned to take in the ocean views and surrounding landscape. Every detail felt intentional, from the layout of the spaces to the indoor-outdoor living experience. The location was ideal—peaceful and private, yet still convenient to Playa Guiones, great restaurants, and everything Nosara has to offer. It worked perfectly for our group with kids, giving us space to relax while still feeling connected. Rick and the team were fantastic to work with—responsive, helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a great experience from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend JAZ’a to anyone looking for a special place in Nosara.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Jazz Home. The view alone is truly next level and was originally what drew us to the property, but once we arrived we realized that everything about the home is beautiful and thoughtfully designed. There were eight of us staying there—four adults and four kids—and it was the perfect space for our group. The kids had an amazing time in the pool, and the home offered plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy the surroundings. I also loved being able to get workouts in at the gym, which was such a great bonus during our stay. Beyond the home itself, the location is fantastic. It’s just up the hill from Nosara, making it very easy to get into town, to the beach, and to all the shops and restaurants. At the same time, you still feel tucked away in the jungle with a peaceful atmosphere and breathtaking views. It really offers the perfect balance of convenience and nature. The team did a wonderful job taking care of us and making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. We are so grateful for the time we spent there and would absolutely stay here again. It’s a truly special place.
