Ocean Top

I had a wonderful time at Ocean Top! I loved using the lap pool and watching the sunset from the rooftop. Just minutes from the beach, we enjoyed sun, sand, and surf everyday! I would absolutely recommend Ocean Top to anyone looking to stay in Nosara!

I would highly recommend the Ocean Top property to anyone looking for a luxurious, private getaway that doesn’t sacrifice convenience. The property is just a short walk from the beach, local restaurants, a yoga studio, and a surf school. Despite all the nearby fun, the property is position on perhaps the highest lot in the neighborhood, making you feel like you’ve got the jungle to yourself. I had the best stargazing of my life up on the roof. Walking into the yard, the landscaping and lap pool scream luxury. Entering the house, the wood finishings and open living space make the place feel fresh and welcoming. The home is wrapped in relaxing balcony space and the pool gives a nice water sound throughout the house. Everything in the house looked and felt brand new. It was an excellent retreat from Costa Rica’s elements, and the gate and neighborhood security gave me peace of mind. I feel no need searching for other places to stay when I visit Costa Rica next, Ocean Top was the perfect hidden gem and I cannot wait to come back!       

I had the pleasure of calling "Ocean Top" my temporary home in January of 2025. Coincidentally, I also got to escape the freeze in Houston Texas at the same time. I can't speak more highly of the property or the management team that operates it. We arrived to a spotless home with a breathtaking view of the Pacific ocean and a landscape crawling with beautiful birds and curious monkeys. All I was missing was my yellow hat and coat! Luckily, the monkeys never got too close. The short walk to the beach made it easy to ride a few waves and enjoy the sun. Afterwards, we would usually take a quick outdoor shower and dip in the lap pool to cool down. I am personally a big fan of all the smart home features like the Yale locks that made it easy to leave the house without having a key to worry about. If you are planning a trip to Nosara, I highly recommend staying here. The home is lovely, walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops, and the management team behind it comes with concierge services that I haven't seen offered with any other rental I have stayed at. They made it very easy to set up reservations, book a fishing trip, and were always on call if we needed anything. It was quite impressive. If you decide to stay at Ocean Top for your next trip to Nosara, have an Imperial on the rooftop for me!

Our stay at this stunning home in Nosara was one of our best family vacations yet! The house itself is absolutely beautiful—spacious, modern, and designed with both comfort and style in mind. It’s the perfect spot for relaxing after a day of exploring. What truly set this experience apart was the incredible staff. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality made all the difference. The location couldn’t have been better—close enough to enjoy the vibrant energy of Nosara, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. Whether we were lounging by the pool, enjoying the views, or heading out for an adventure, it felt like the perfect balance of excitement and tranquility. We can’t recommend this property enough and are already dreaming about our next trip back!
